How It Works

Get your RoamlyTrip travel eSIM in a few simple steps. Choose your plan, complete payment, receive your QR code by email, and connect when you arrive.

Choose Your Destination

Select your destination and choose an eSIM plan that matches your travel needs, data usage and trip duration.

Complete Your Payment

Add your selected eSIM to the cart and complete checkout using the available payment method.

Receive Your eSIM

After successful payment, your eSIM QR activation code and installation instructions are delivered to your email.

Install the eSIM

Connect your phone to stable Wi-Fi, open the QR code, and follow your device instructions to install the eSIM.

Arrive at Your Destination

When you arrive, turn on the RoamlyTrip eSIM and select it for mobile data according to your plan instructions.

Stay Connected

Enable data roaming when required by your plan and connect to the supported local mobile network.

INSTALLATION GUIDE

Set Up Your Travel eSIM

Install your eSIM before travelling whenever possible, using a stable internet connection.

iPhone

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Cellular or Mobile Service.
  3. Tap Add eSIM.
  4. Select Use QR Code.
  5. Scan the QR code received by email.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.

Android

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Open Network & Internet, Connections or SIM Manager.
  3. Select Add eSIM or the equivalent option.
  4. Choose the QR code installation option.
  5. Scan the QR code received by email.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.

Menu names may vary depending on your device model, manufacturer and operating system version.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Activate Your RoamlyTrip eSIM

Once you reach your destination, enable the travel eSIM and use it for mobile data according to your selected plan.

Turn On the eSIM

Open your mobile network settings and make sure the RoamlyTrip eSIM line is enabled.

Select Mobile Data

Select the RoamlyTrip eSIM as your mobile data line when your plan requires it.

Enable Data Roaming

Turn on data roaming for the travel eSIM when required by the selected destination plan.

Check Device Compatibility

Make sure your smartphone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked when required.

Use a Stable Connection

Install your eSIM over reliable Wi-Fi or another stable internet connection.

Keep Your QR Code Safe

Keep your QR code and activation details private and accessible during your trip.

Do Not Delete the eSIM

Do not remove an installed eSIM unless you are sure it is no longer needed or support advises you to do so.
